I love Vitabase by Jake Foote
I have used this product regularly for the past few years. It works great, and boy, Vitabase is a good company to work with.
Beta-sitosterol is a plant chemical called phytosterol or plant alcohol and is found in every vegetable we eat. While we eat it every day, we do not get enough of it in our diet. Research attaches many benefits to beta-sitosterol including reducing such discomforts of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) as frequent and painful urination and lowering cholesterol.
